Global Culture Photography Exhibition
The UF International Center’s annual Global Culture Photography Competition encourages the UF community to think and act globally. Photo entries portray a global theme which enhances the University’s ability to pursue and develop international activities. Due to the coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic and its effect on travel, the UF International Center made the difficult decision to suspend the annual Global Culture Photo Contest this year. The good news is that in celebration of UFIC’s 30th Anniversary, the University Galleries has chosen to display select works of past winners of the Global Cultural Photography Competition. In past years, winners were selected for the following categories:
CATEGORY 1: Photographs taken during study abroad trips by study abroad and service learning students.
CATEGORY 2: Photographs taken in the United States by international students, scholars and employees.
CATEGORY 3: Photographs taken by faculty, staff and alumni while traveling abroad.
All prints in this exhibition are on loan from the UF International Center Collection.
